Mission: Create and maintain capacity for individuals and institutions dedicated to social and education equity.

According to a user from South Africa, the name Isipho is of Xhosa origin and means "Gift". Isipho was also the name given to “Vibranium” in Marvel’s Avengers Series The Black Panther

The Isipho Collective is an organic collective of Thought Leaders concerned about Sacred Social Systems and Socially Vulnerable populations and entities.

Summer 2020 Unpaid Internship

The Isipho Collective is seeking a Graduate Student Summer Intern capable of achieving the following objectives:

  1. Create and connect communities of Thought Leaders in the Detroit Area around areas of equity and development

  2. Complete and perform administrative and professional services for Isipho collective members

  3. Generate and publish media related to issues of equity and capacity building

  4. Create and lay ground work for the Isipho Collective future Internship offerings
