“After a lazy and beautiful Saturday at the end of an equally trying yet validating week, I painted “The Maddest Dance” inspired by the beauty of life I get to live. The energies I transmute, the vibrations I ground, and the harmony I consistently discover fervently echo the beauty of the women I grew up seeing pounding pavement, loving on the downtrodden, and dancing reverently in their chosen temple. After a couple of hours of self-karaoke and dance concerts, I picked up the paintbrush, hoping to celebrate how good it felt just to be. “
